TIME IS RUNNING OUT FOR RESERVATIONS!  A PRELIMINARY COUNT MUST BE GIVEN TO CENTENNIAL GOLF CLUB BY MAY 3^RD AND A FINAL COUNT BY MAY 8^TH.  PLEASE DON’T WAIT ANY LONGER TO GET YOUR RESERVATIONS IN!

8:45 – Bruce Howell Bamboo Rod Raffle Drawing

The Bucket Raffle, 50-50 Raffle and Bruce Howell Bamboo Rod Raffle are CASH only.  Tickets are $ 1.00 each or 25 for $ 20.00 for the Bucket Raffle, $ 5.00 each for the 50-50 Raffle, and $ 20.00 each for the Bruce Howell Bamboo Rod.

In response to a number of questions regarding seating at this auction, please note the following:

1.   There are 10 chairs at each table

2.   For groups of 4 or more people, there will be reserved signs at the table and a list of those groups posted on a board

3.   For all others, it will be open seating

So, if there is somebody you would like to sit with, please email Tim Bolling at timbolling328@gmail.com with a list of names PRIOR to 5/10.

HELP WANTED!

Help is needed the night of the auction to handle Bucket Raffle duties, Silent Auction duties, sell tickets for the 50-50 Heads or Tails Raffle, and with the Fly Tiers Basket.  Some people have already volunteered but more people are needed.  Procedures have been written out for each area.  If you could help out, please email Tim Bolling at timbolling328@gmail.com

Wednesday, April 17: Ashland Fly Shop Give Back Day

4:00-5:30 p.m.; Ashland Fly Shop, 399 E Main St, Ashland

 

The Ashland Fly Shop will donate 10 % of sales to Rogue River Watershed Council (RRWC) and The Freshwater Trust (TFT) to help with their work on Rogue watershed streams.

 

Enjoy complimentary beer and wine. while you browse.

 

TFT and RRWC staff will be on hand to answer your questions about river restoration and conservation efforts going on in the valley.

4:00-6:00 p.m.; Mountain Provisions, 27 N Main St, Ashland
